Q: I’ve purchased a software tool. Where do I get access?

A: Once you have paid, you will be redirected to a download page, or sent an email with information to download. If you need further assistance, contact our support email.

Q: Does my computer / MT4 need to be running for trading software to execute?

A: Yes. MT4 must remain active on a computer that does not turn off or go into sleep mode in order to function properly. The alternative is to pay for a VPS service, which offers a 24-7 active computer for you to run virtually.

Q: How can I set up a virtual private server to run my software on?

Q: What trading platform does Nick use?

A: Metatrader 4, his broker is Oanda.

Q: How do I install an expert advisor on my macbook?

Here is a video that will help:

Q: Are Nick’s expert advisors “set and forget” systems?

A: No. All trading tools available for purchase are not 100% automated tools, and require an operator to make decisions on how they behave / trade.

Q: Which EA can give me profit if I am  not always present for trade ideas everyday?

A. All of Nick’s systems are not fully automated. They still require hands on attention, so results are dependent on how the trader uses them, risk settings, etc. Nick shoots for 1-5% per month with the grandmaster EA

Q: Where are the signals sent?

A: We have a dedicated discord server where trades are sent. Anytime Nick takes a trade on his account, our custom software forwards the trade info to the VIP team.

Q: How much money do I need to trade with an expert advisor?

A: This is ultimately up to the operator, as all trading involves risk of loss. Generally speaking, our opinion is that the more amount in an account, and the smaller the position sizes, the less risk of loss there is with trading of any kind. Nick uses no less than 1000 USD in any of his robotic trading accounts.

Q: Will my broker work for the software tools?

A: You will need to check with your broker to ensure they allow trading software on their MT4 platform. Most brokers do offer access to MT4 software tools.

Q: Are the tools available for MT5?

A: Not at this time. MT4 is a much more utilized platform, and has a different coding language than MT5.

Q: Do you build custom trading software for a fee?

A: At this time there is not a service for this, but it is planned to be available in the future.
